QUEZON CITY, Philippines — PSupt. Raphael Dumlao is ready to reveal everything he knows regarding the death of Korean businessman Jee Ick Joo.
According to PNP Chief Ronald dela Rosa, there are more officials of the National Bureau of Investigation who are implicated in the crime.
“He is willing to tell all, to give the whole picture of the story according to his version. Kaya nga titingnan ng imbestigador yan kung nagsasabi sya ng totoo. (That’s why the investigator are looking at this if Dumlao is saying the truth.) And today, he is giving his affidavit.”
To date, there are four PNP officers linked to the case, namely Dumlao, SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel, SP04 Roy Villegas and one alias police.
Meanwhile, NBI personnel implicated in the case were one alias Jerry, two civilian agents and one high-ranking officer. — UNTV News & Rescue
